194 | How to Become the Go-To by leveraging Spotlight Moments with Tony Babcock

On this episode of the Mastery Unleashed Podcast, host Christie Ruffino interviews Tony Babcock—actor, speaker, mindset coach, and creator of the On the SPOT Framework. With a background in acting and psychology, Tony empowers entrepreneurs to overcome stage fright, spotlight anxiety, and imposter syndrome by building authentic confidence. He explains how introverts can thrive on stage by rewiring beliefs around confidence and learning to engage audiences using tools from improv and neuroscience.

Tony breaks down his On the SPOT framework:

S – Stay Present (Stop overthinking and ground in awareness)
P – Play Ping Pong (Engage in energetic exchange with the audience)
O – Own Your Opening (Create connection from the first moment)
T – Track the Story (Use your body, voice, and eye contact to align your message)

He also introduces his free training, Shine Through the Shit Storm*, which helps speakers find their voice, tap into joy, and set powerful boundaries—especially in uncertain times.
